But the situation is dynamic and one should act instantly with intelligence in order to beat the dealer. Therefore you can’t always rely on the strategy chart. One advantage having the chart is that the player could take the chart along with him to casino while playing.

The game involves lot of mathematics and one with sharp knowledge in math can beat the dealer bit easy compared to a normal player. Card counting always gives an advantage to the player over the dealer which would help the player to stay short of the 21 mark. But it is considered offence and not allowed in the game table. If you are really good in math then you can do card counting in your mind and could beat the dealer in every game you play.
